Shop Policies 

All appointments require a deposit in order to secure a date and time.
All deposits will go towards the final cost of your service and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
A design will not be started without a deposit in place.

If less than 48 hours notice is given for cancellation or reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required in order to rebook an appointment.
If more than 48 hours notice is given for a reschedule, the deposit will be rolled over to the next appointment. 
The deposit cannot be rolled over more than twice, so please ensure the date and time work for you.

There will be no refund for a complete cancellation regardless of amount of notice.

Please look at my portfolio and ensure my style is what you like, a deposit will not be refunded due to creative differences.

Please understand that the design that I create for your appointment is my creative property until the appointment has been completed and paid in full.
This means that you are not able to take my designs to another artist to have the work done for any reason without my written permission.

We are a no tolerance zone for any sort of hate speech, please be considerate of your language while in our location for your appointment.
If this is not respected and you are asked to leave, you will be forfeiting your deposit.

Please ensure you are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of your appointment.
If it is determined that you are not in a proper state to complete your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule with a new deposit.
